The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape a little more special.
The lack of English translations made it difficult to navigate through the check-in process. The breakfast was all Japanese-style and not to our taste.

the location was very convenient, with the train station nearby and a convenience store and good restaurant within walking distance. the room was comfortable and had everything we needed.
The room we had was a bit small and didn't have a great view. the breakfast selection was a bit limited, and there weren't many options for those who prefer a more Western-style breakfast.
